We source the organic grains from Montana Milling in Great Falls and mill them here in Whitefish on our Meadow Mills stone mill. Our stone milled flours contain the germ and bran making them whole grain whole wheat flour! These whole grain flours provided more nutrients and fiber then traditional sifted and enriched flours. The germ and bran also provide rich flavors that are fun to explore in your baking recipes. Whole grain flours should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer to prevent the germ oils from becoming rancid.
